Open hours for the Summer are: M-F 8am-8pm Sa 9am-7pm Su 10a-6pm Current shift schedules: M-F 7:45am – 2pm, 12pm-4pm, or 3:45p-8:15pm Sa 8:45am – 2pm, 12pm-4pm, or 1:45pm-7:15pm. Responsibilities:
Smoothie Barista including prepping, cleaning, creating smoothies, customer service and cashier responsibilities. Training and supervising junior crew members. Inventory, Interviewing, and opening or closing the store properly.
Other responsibilities include:
Resolving customer complaints Ensuring operations and customer service meets company standards Cashier Smoothie Maker Assist Guests in Menu Selection Suggest Additional Items and Products Suggest Reward Program Organize/Wash/Sanitize Dishes, Equipment, Floors, Walls, Restrooms, etc. Prepare ingredients Understand and Follow Food Safety and Health Code Regulations Ability to occasionally lift 15 – 35 pounds Ability to Stand, Walk, Bend, Move About etc. during shift. Ability and Willingness to Follow Instructions and Procedures Follow detailed checklists.
