Duties Prepare and serve high-quality coffee, tea, and other beverages according to established recipes and customer preferences. Operate the cash register efficiently, handling cash transactions accurately while providing excellent customer service. Assist customers by taking orders, answering questions about menu items, and providing recommendations as needed. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the café area, including tables, counters, and equipment. Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain proper hygiene standards. Manage time effectively to ensure timely service during peak hours. Collaborate with team members to create a positive work environment and enhance customer satisfaction. Qualifications Previous experience in the food industry or café setting is preferred but not required. Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with customers. Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately. Experience with cash handling procedures is an advantage.
