Job Description:
At CC’s Coffee House, our Baristas are the heart and soul of our establishment. From whipping up delicious drinks to offering warm pastries, they ensure every Guest is greeted with a smile and exceptional service. Some of the basic job duties are: Preparing and serving coffee and other beverages to customers Operating coffee machines and equipment Preparing and selling pastries Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the coffee shop Handling cash and processing transactions accurately Providing top-notch guest service and creating a welcoming atmosphere for our Guests Multi-tasking and collaboration with others
Requirements:
Previous experience as a barista or in a customer service role is preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Attention to detail and a passion for coffee Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
