The Barista/Outlet Cashier is responsible for providing the highest quality of service to guests in an attentive, courteous, and efficient manner. He/she is responsible for receiving and delivering guests orders and collecting payment. Service is provided in our Milford’s on Third dining facility, our New York City style deli with Southern-charmed offerings that remind you of home.

Education & Experience:

High School diploma or equivalent and/or experience in a hotel or a related field prepared. Experience in fine dining helpful. Some of the essential functions of the position include: Approaching all encounters with guests and employees in a friendly, service-oriented manner. Maintaining a warm and friendly demeanor at all times. Being attentive, friendly, helpful and courteous to all guests, managers and fellow employees. Being familiar with the organization of the Restaurant(s), lounges, and Room Service and know the function of each job position. Having a thorough knowledge of menus and current specials in applicable outlets. Servicing guests with all food and beverage requirements in an attentive, courteous, and efficient manner.
