You’ll be the face of Vang Coffee Bar — greeting guests, preparing drinks, and making everyone feel welcome.

Responsibilities:

Greet and interact with customers in a warm, friendly, and enthusiastic manner Take orders and craft beverages with care and consistency Keep the front-of-house area clean, stocked, and organized Accurately process transactions using our POS system Work collaboratively with the team to deliver a seamless customer experience

What We’re Looking For:

A positive, can-do attitude and eagerness to learn Strong communication and teamwork skills Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting Previous customer service or café experience is a plus, but not required Passion for coffee and delivering exceptional service

Compensation:

Training Period (First 2 Weeks): $15/hour flat rate (no tips)

After Training:

Base pay at minimum service wage of $7.25/hour Plus credit card tips, bringing average total earnings to approximately $16-$19/hour We guarantee you will receive no less than $15/hour , even if tips are low Why Work at Vang Coffee Bar?
