The ideal candidate will have a love for coffee and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service. As a Barista, you will be responsible for crafting high-quality beverages, maintaining a clean and inviting environment, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Duties Prepare and serve a variety of coffee and tea beverages according to established recipes. Operate the cash register and handle cash transactions accurately. Maintain cleanliness of the coffee station, dining area, and equipment to meet food safety standards. Assist customers with their orders, providing recommendations and answering any questions they may have. Ensure that all food service items are stocked and presented attractively. Collaborate with team members to create a positive work environment and enhance customer experience. Follow all health and safety regulations related to food handling and preparation. Qualifications Previous experience in the food industry or food service is preferred but not required. Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with customers. Basic math skills for cash handling and transactions. Familiarity with POS systems and cash registers is a plus. Knowledge of coffee brewing methods and food safety practices is desirable. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed.
