We’re Hiring Front of House Team Members! We’re looking for energetic, hospitality-focused team members to join us in a variety of FOH roles, including: Baristas (day shifts) Bartenders (evening shifts) Servers (day & night shifts) Responsibilities (varies by role): Greet all guests with warmth and professionalism, creating a welcoming environment from the moment they walk in Guide guests through the menu with confidence, offering suggestions based on preferences and dietary needs Accurately input orders into the POS system and ensure smooth communication between the bar, kitchen, and floor staff Prepare and serve beverages with care and consistency — including espresso drinks, cocktails, wine, and non-alcoholic options Ensure all food and drinks are delivered promptly and presented according to Mila’s standards Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked service area — including restocking supplies, glassware, and condiments Execute daily opening, mid-shift, and closing duties, including cleaning, prepping, side work, and breakdown Monitor and anticipate guest needs, responding promptly and courteously to any requests or concerns Handle guest feedback professionally, and work collaboratively with the team to resolve issues Follow all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines to ensure a clean and compliant workspace Contribute to a positive, team-oriented environment by supporting colleagues and stepping into other roles as needed

Qualifications:

For baristas : familiarity with espresso equipment, milk steaming, and basic coffee/tea knowledge For bartenders : working knowledge of classic cocktails, bar prep, and responsible alcohol service For servers : strong multitasking skills, section management, and experience with course timing and guest pacing 1-2 years of experience in a customer-facing role within a restaurant, café, or bar environment preferred Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a naturally upbeat, friendly demeanor Ability to stay calm, focused, and organized in a fast-paced, high-volume setting Flexible availability, including weekends, evenings, and holidays Passion for hospitality and a strong desire to create memorable guest experiences Team-player mindset with a willingness to take initiative and adapt to the needs of the day Must be 18+ and able to lift up to 25 pounds, stand for extended periods, and navigate a restaurant setting
