Tea Barista Currentea 80 Causeway Street, Boston, MA 02114 Key Responsibilities Make delicious bubble tea drinks using fresh fruits, tea, milk, tapioca, and toppings—always following our recipe standards Prep ingredients (like fruit cutting), clean your station, and keep the bar looking sharp Greet customers, take orders, and give recommendations with a smile Help manage stock levels and keep ingredients organized and fresh Follow food safety guidelines and maintain a clean, safe workspace Handle cash and process transactions accurately Support training for new team members Stay in the loop on seasonal drinks and promos Assist with any other tasks as assigned by your manager Who We’re Looking For No experience? No problem. Just bring the right attitude and willingness to learn Prior retail or food service experience is a plus Great communicator with solid customer service skills Must be able to work weekends and holidays Team player who thrives in a busy, fast-paced environment
