Morning Counter Help/Barista Position Available In Cumberland, Maine

Morning Counter Help/Barista Dara Bistro Cumberland Center, ME 04021 We are a small coffeeshop/breakfast spot in Cumberland Center. A short 15 minute drive to downtown Portland, but far enough away that we don’t see many tourists! This is a job posting for an all around counter position. The ideal candidate would be available Wednesday through Sunday, from 6am-1:30pm. If you are not available for all of those days or hours, please reach out with what days/hours you would be available to work on a regular basis, to see if it would be a good fit for our needs. Duties include arriving at 6:00 to set up the shop for service that starts at 7. This includes setting out the baked goods, stocking the papergoods, and making coffee. Taking Customers orders both in person and over the phone, making coffee drinks and managing the orders to make sure the customers receive everything they need. Closing down the shop at the end of the day, putting away the baked goods and coffee, sweeping and mopping the floors, and doing some dishes(some days its a lot of dishes but we try to spread out the fun so it’s not every day). This is a good job for someone with limited experience, we are willing to train the right candidate! We pay minimum wage plus tips, With the final hourly wage working out to be between $25 to $30 an hour.
