The ideal candidate will have a passion for coffee and customer service, providing an exceptional experience to our patrons. As a Barista, you will be responsible for crafting high-quality beverages, maintaining cleanliness in the workspace, monitoring inventory, being a collaborator in marketing strategy, and ensuring customer satisfaction in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages, teas, and other menu items according to established recipes and standards. Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers warmly and taking their orders accurately. Operate cashless system and guide customers to navigate a self ordering process. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area, including equipment, utensils, and seating areas. Follow food safety guidelines and proper food handling procedures to ensure the highest quality of products. Assist in inventory management by restocking supplies as needed and reporting any shortages to management. Engage with customers to resolve any issues that may arise. Collaborate with team members to create a positive work environment and enhance customer experience. Requirements Previous experience in customer service or food service is preferred. Familiarity with food handling practices and food safety regulations is essential. Basic technology skills for handling a cashless system. Experience with Aloha POS or similar point-of-sale systems is a plus. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Strong communication skills with a friendly demeanor towards customers and team members. Must be able to stand for long periods and lift up to 30 pounds as needed.
