We are located in downtown Banner Elk. Our ideal candidate is self-driven, ambitious, and reliable. Duties include light baking, and a passion for creating great coffee/espresso drinks. Must get along with others position may be crossed trained to serve. Lots of potential for growth. Seeking day and evening shifts 7am-3pm or 3-11pm 4-5 days including weekends. This position is also tipped so salary will fluctuate accordingly 10.00per hour is the minimum should average $15+ per hour. Candidate should be friendly and professional. Interviews are usually set Monday, Tuesday and Friday’s 9a-3pm. Responsibilities

• Prepare hot and cold drinks in accordance with customer needs
• Maintain a clean and tidy work area
• Follow health and safety guidelines Interact with customers regularly and professionally Qualifications
• Proven working experience as a barista
• High integrity with a great attendance record
• Strong attention to detail

We have available shifts all days of the week. Compensation is $10.00 – $13.00/hour.
