THE JOB:
Work in the heart of downtown Asheville, free parking spot provided. Approx. 25 to 35 hours per week. Flexibility is important, must be available to work night and weekend shifts. Prepare gourmet beverages including Espresso Drinks, Frappes, & Smoothies. Cleaning and stocking, customer service, cash handling, opening and closing responsibilities.
QUALIFICATIONS
At least one year of barista experience, preferably in a busy high-volume environment. MUST be available for night shifts (we close between 7:00 — 8:00 pm depending on the day and season) and weekend shifts. Need to be comfortable working in a VERY small, yet fun environment. Reliable, neat, clean, efficient, conscientious, honest, & personable.
PAY :
$12/hr for training (1-3 months) $13/hr after training is complete •
