Our Managers assign stations based on strength and preference, however, some flexibility is required. We love to cross-train and to promote from within! Our cafe is high volume during peak times, and we strive to produce a fast, friendly experience for our guests.

Compensation:

$19 – $21 hour

Responsibilities:

Provide friendly/quality service at an efficient pace Maintain a calm demeanor during periods of high business volume Communicate with shift manager and coworkers to ensure timely customer service and food and drink preparation Contribute to a respectful work environment by behaving professionally towards coworkers, managers and guests Be a team player by proactively assisting coworkers Deliver excellent customer service by acting with a customer-first attitude Follow operational and policies and procedures, including those for safety and security, cash handling and food safety Maintain a clean and organized workspace Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality Present oneself in a neat and well-groomed manner and attired in the company uniform

Shift times Roughly 7 am – 3 pm, Monday through Saturday.
