Barista & Beverage-Specific Skills:
Hands-on barista experience (ideally 6+ months) Knowledge of espresso equipment, grinders, and milk steaming techniques Latte art skills (or interest in learning!) Familiarity with specialty coffee and basic brewing methods Ability to follow directions, teachable and be consistent Understanding of food safety and cleanliness standards POS (Point of Sale) system experience (e.g., Square, Toast, etc.) Speed + quality mindset: Able to make drinks efficiently during rushes without compromising standards
