As a Budtender, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service while assisting customers with their cannabis-related needs. You will be responsible for educating customers about various products, ensuring compliance with regulations, and creating a welcoming environment for all patrons. Duties Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner. Provide detailed information about different cannabis strains, products, and consumption methods. Utilize retail math skills to accurately process transactions and manage inventory. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dispensary area. Assist in the preparation of products as needed, ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards. Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns effectively. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations within the dispensary. Stay updated on industry trends, product knowledge, and compliance regulations. Making infused café drinks Requirements Strong customer service skills with a passion for helping others. Excellent time management abilities to handle multiple tasks efficiently. Familiarity with retail math for accurate transaction processing. Previous experience in food preparation or the food industry is a plus. Knowledge of sales techniques and ability to promote products effectively. Experience in café or food service environments is desirable. Proficiency in using Aloha POS or similar point-of-sale systems is an advantage. Must be at least 21 years of age and comply with all local regulations regarding cannabis sales.
