Please note:

Weekend availability is required This is not a seasonal or temporary role Barista/Lead Experience preferred, However, we will train the right dedicated candidate! What You’ll Do Lead and support team members during service Open and/or close the shop and manage shift flow Delegate tasks clearly and kindly, based on need and priority Handle guest issues, team conflicts, and minor emergencies Help train new team members and uphold 9Bar standards Keep communication flowing with management and peers Experience & Growth You may be an ideal fit if you’ve: Led shifts in a café, restaurant, or retail setting Been recognized for your consistency, communication, and dependability Shown initiative and leadership in your current or past roles Are already part of the 9Bar team and ready to take the next step Team Leads at 9Bar grow through a clear skills-based path, starting at Tier 1 and advancing based on experience and leadership capability.
