Part Time Server / Barista

Pier Master Point, Wilmington, NC 28412 We are looking for a part time barista / server for The Getaway Cafe in the Riverlights community of Wilmington, NC. Hourly pay $16-$19/hour based on tip pool for the week and one free shift meal daily. This role MUST be available Saturday & Sundays. Shifts begin around 8am to 2:30-3pm.

Job Description/Responsibilities:

Hospitality driven individual and friendly personality is a must for this role. Assist guests with ordering at the register, handling credit card and cash transactions Running food and bussing tables Becoming very familiar with the food and beverage menu Operating the espresso machine and making lattes, etc. Experience is ideal. Maintaining a clean work space and working efficiently and quickly Washing dishes as needed Unpacking deliveries as needed Team oriented workspace Making muffin mix and baking off simple recipes
