Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and serve high-quality coffee, tea, and other beverages Provide friendly, attentive service that creates an exceptional guest experience Operate coffee equipment and follow all recipes and standards Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee station and café area Restock supplies and assist with light food prep as needed Handle transactions accurately using the point-of-sale system Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth café operations

Previous barista or customer service experience is a plus, but we are happy to train the right candidate Strong communication skills and a positive attitude Ability to multitask and stay organized during busy periods Commitment to punctuality, reliability, and a team-first mindset Interest in coffee, tea, and hospitality
