Our mission is to bring our community high grade quality tea and ice cream while providing a memorable experience. This position will require a flexible schedule. Open availability is preferred. We are looking forward to having you join us! Responsibilities and Duties

• Greeting and providing superb service to our patrons and your team
• Preparing a wide range milk tea, beverages and ice cream for our customers to enjoy
• Performing with integrity and honesty that promote the values at MILKLAB
• Demonstrating proficiency in MILKLAB recipes while retaining a drive for quality
• Following our operational Policies and Procedures, safety and security
• Maintaining a clean and organized work environment which may include cleaning tasks such as: cleaning equipment, mopping, dish washing and taking out the trash etc. This Job is for you if you:

• High School Diploma or equivalent background.
• 1-2 years of experience in customer service.
• Basic retention of knowledge and studying skills.
• Physical requirements for this position includes capabilities to stand extended hours and hand craft ice cream from scratch. What we offer you
• $14/hr to $17/hr
• Free tea and/or ice cream while working, and discounts off the clock

Compensation is $14.00 – $17.00/hour.
