Position:
We’re looking for team members with flexible availability, especially on weekends. Open schedules are preferred!
Barista Responsibilities:
Deliver exceptional hospitality to guests and support your teammates. Craft high-quality drinks and house-made toppings with care. Follow all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines. Share your tea knowledge with guests and get them excited about the Bobapop experience. Build authentic connections through transparent and genuine communication. Maintain reliable and punctual attendance. Assist with opening and closing duties, including cleaning, mopping, and trash removal.
