As a Barista, you will be responsible for crafting high-quality beverages and providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment. Your role will involve engaging with customers, preparing drinks to perfection, and maintaining a clean and inviting workspace. Duties Prepare and serve a variety of coffee and tea beverages according to established recipes and customer preferences. Provide friendly and efficient service to all customers, ensuring a positive experience. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee station, dining area, and equipment. Operate espresso machines, grinders, blenders, and other coffee-making equipment safely and effectively. Take customer orders accurately and handle cash or card transactions with attention to detail. Educate customers about different coffee blends, brewing methods, and menu items. Assist in inventory management by monitoring stock levels of coffee beans, syrups, milk, and other supplies. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours. Skills Excellent communication skills with a friendly demeanor to engage effectively with customers.
