Coffee Shop Barista 3.2 3.2 out of 5 stars 6 McKay Drive, Exeter, NH 03833 Compensation Summary for candidates who are available year-round. This is not a seasonal position. Filling shifts on Monday-Friday mid-day and closing; Saturday and Sunday multiple options available. Must be willing to close. During training, a flat $15/hr will be paid.

Once training is completed:

$11/hr Base Pay up to $1/hr Incentive Pay $2/hr Shift Differential for Closers $3-6/hr

Job Duties:

Essential functions: Embody our mission to “Positively Impact People” on a daily basis! Drink Making – Preparing quality drinks in the most efficient manner. Ability to provide help to customers and provide guidance with the menu and recipes. Employees must be able to follow and adhere to all cleaning assignments in store. Qualifications Proven barista experience or similar. Excellent customer service skills and ability to engage with customers Familiarity with POS systems. Strong time management and collaboration skills Knowledge of food safety and handling practices Basic math skills for cash handling and retail transactions
