Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Taproom Team Member to join our team. This position is perfect for someone who is passionate about craft beer and thrives in a customer-facing role
Key Responsibilities:
Maintaining Taproom Cleanliness:
Ensure the taproom and back area where food is prepared are clean, organized, and presentable at all times.
Product Knowledge:
Learn about our diverse range of beers and food offerings to effectively communicate their attributes to customers.
Food Preparation and Service:
Prepare and serve our light food offerings with attention to quality and presentation.
Customer Interaction:
Engage with customers in a friendly and welcoming manner. Provide recommendations, answer questions about our beers and menu items, and ensure a positive customer experience. Adherence to
Policies:
Follow brewery policies and procedures regarding alcohol service, cleanliness, safety, and cash handling.
Requirements:
Excellent customer service skills with a positive, friendly attitude. Availability to work weekends and nights (Friday-Sunday), with closing shifts (we close at 8 PM) is a must. Prior experience in a customer service or hospitality role is preferred but not required. Passion for craft beer and willingness to learn about different beer styles and flavors.
Compensation:
