As a Barista, you will play a crucial role in creating exceptional coffee experiences for our customers. You will be responsible for preparing and serving high-quality beverages, maintaining a clean and organized workspace, and providing outstanding customer service. Duties Prepare and serve a variety of coffee and espresso beverages according to established recipes and standards. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee station, dining area, and equipment. Engage with customers to take orders, provide recommendations, and ensure satisfaction. Operate the Aloha POS system for processing transactions efficiently. Assist in food preparation and ensure adherence to food safety standards. Manage inventory levels of coffee beans, milk, syrups, and other supplies. Collaborate with team members to maintain a positive work environment. Demonstrate effective time management skills to ensure timely service during peak hours. Qualifications Previous experience in the food industry or food service is preferred. Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and making change. Knowledge of coffee preparation techniques and equipment is a plus. Familiarity with food safety practices is essential. Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently. Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage customers effectively.
