Responsibilities Open the café and prep for the day Craft high-quality coffee and espresso drinks with care and consistency Provide warm, welcoming customer service Operate the POS system and handle transactions efficiently Keep the café clean, organized, and inviting Help with restocking and daily operational tasks Requirements Minimum 2 years of barista experience required Must be punctual and dependable—6 AM start is non-negotiable•5:30 arrival to open the store by 6 AM.
