10-15 hours per week, including evenings and weekends as needed Position Overview WOVEN Performance and Longevity, LLC is a boutique fitness and wellness club in Brooklyn seeking a dynamic, personable, and creative individual to fill a hybrid role as Barista, Concierge, and Marketing Assistant. This is a part-time position designed for someone who is equally comfortable making coffee drinks and smoothies, welcoming members, and creating engaging social content. This role is an ideal fit for students , creatives, or anyone with a flexible schedule who’s passionate about wellness, hospitality, and community-building. Key ResponsibilitiesBarista Duties Prepare and serve a variety of espresso-based drinks, teas, and smoothies to order Operate espresso machine with attention to consistency and quality Follow drink recipes and prep guidelines for wellness-focused smoothies and beverages Maintain cleanliness and functionality of all café equipment (espresso machine, blenders, grinders, etc.) Restock café supplies and ingredients, manage inventory, and communicate low stock to management Create a welcoming café experience through friendly, timely customer service Open and/or close the café area following daily checklists Ensure café meets cleanliness, health, and safety standards at all times Concierge Duties Greet all members and guests as the first point of contact at the front desk Support in hosting in-house events and providing light club upkeep (tidying communal spaces, etc.) Assist with administrative duties such as data entry, organizing supplies, and supporting club operations Marketing & Content Creation Draft and schedule branded social media posts for Instagram and other platforms Capture and edit photos or short-form videos for use in digital marketing Create eye-catching graphics and promotional content in Canva Assist with content planning and marketing initiatives as directed by management Qualifications Barista or café experience preferred, especially with espresso machines and smoothie prep Excellent communication, organization, and multitasking skills Familiarity with Canva and basic photo/video editing tools Social media savvy, with an eye for wellness-focused aesthetics and storytelling Professional, creative, and detail-oriented mindset Able to lift up to 30 lbs and stand for extended periods Ideal for students, creatives, or those with flexible schedules Additional Information Part-time role: 10-15 hours per week
