As a Barista, you will be responsible for crafting high-quality beverages, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining a clean and inviting environment for our guests. Your expertise in coffee preparation and your ability to engage with customers will play a vital role in enhancing their experience at our café. Responsibilities Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages and food items with precision and care. Operate the Clover POS system efficiently to process customer orders and payments. Maintain knowledge of menu items, including ingredients and preparation methods, to assist customers effectively. Ensure compliance with food safety and handling standards at all times. Keep the café area clean, organized, and well-stocked throughout your shift. Engage with customers in a friendly manner, providing recommendations and addressing any inquiries or concerns. Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure prompt service delivery. Collaborate with team members to create a positive work environment that fosters teamwork and support. Qualifications Previous experience as a Barista. Experience in Latte Art is a plus. Strong customer service skills with the ability to connect with diverse clientele. Basic math skills for handling transactions accurately. Knowledge of coffee types, brewing methods, and food safety practices is advantageous. Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently during peak hours. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
