Manage cash handling procedures, including overseeing transactions and maintaining accurate cash drawers. Utilize Aloha POS or similar systems for order processing and inventory management. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations within the food service environment. Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues to maintain high satisfaction levels. Assist in sales strategies to promote products and increase revenue. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the café area, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for customers. Skills Proven experience in the food industry or food service sector is essential. Familiarity with Aloha POS or other point-of-sale systems is preferred. Strong cash handling skills with attention to detail. Excellent time management abilities to prioritize tasks effectively during busy shifts. Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with patrons. Experience in sales techniques related to food or beverage products is a plus. Knowledge of coffee preparation and café operations is advantageous.
