This role requires someone with outstanding customer service and interpersonal skills, who operates with attention to detail and a sense of urgency. The roll require the individual to work diligently and attentively, exercise impeccable service and cleanliness, with a balance of duties and priorities. Must have weekend availability.

Responsibilities:

Greet clients and visitors Direct clients to studios and bathroom facilities Prepare and serve specialty coffee, smoothies, beverages, and select snacks to clients and visitors Manage inventory of cafe supplies Secondary responsibility: Periodically answer phones, take messages, and transfer calls. Maintain DOH Cleaning and Sanitation checklists Prepare for DOH inspections Provide inspired customer service : )

Qualifications:

A love of coffee A love of smoothies + pressed juice Ability to stay cool under pressure Ability to work well within a team Ability to be punctual and put-together Self-starter, high-level of efficiency and organization Ability to work mornings and weekends Ability to stand for a while and lift up to 30lbs A detail-oriented approach Accountability and reliability DOH Food Handlers Lic preferred
