What We’re Looking For Candidates must be able to move quickly and maintain a strong sense of urgency without sacrificing accuracy or quality.
The ability to stay calm, focused, and efficient under stress is critical, as the cafe operates at a consistently high volume.
Every detail matters, and employees are expected to follow precise recipes and procedures to ensure consistency.
This role requires a strong work ethic, the ability to stay on task without constant supervision, and a commitment to maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
Hospitality is just as important as technical skills, and applicants must be able to provide excellent customer service while working efficiently.
We are looking for people who want to grow with the company and can commit to a long-term role. Responsibilities Employees are responsible for providing a welcoming and professional customer experience while maintaining speed and efficiency.
Drink preparation must be executed with precision, following all recipes and standards to ensure consistency in every order.
The cafe must always be kept spotless, which includes dishwashing, wiping surfaces, restocking, and keeping everything organized throughout the shift.
Employees must be able to handle high-pressure situations, stay composed, and keep up with demand, especially during peak hours.
Communication and teamwork are essential, and everyone is expected to support one another to keep operations running smoothly and maintain a positive environment.
All procedures and standards must be followed exactly as trained, with no shortcuts or deviations. What We Offer We provide structured, comprehensive, hands-on training on coffee, tea, and matcha to ensure everyone if fully educated in these crafts. No prior coffee experience is required, but a willingness to learn and master your craft is essential.

You’ll work with people who care about quality, operate with efficiency, and take pride in their work. Scheduling Requirements This is a full-time position requiring 35-40 hours per week across five shifts.
Shifts are typically 7-10 hours long and may start as early as 6:30 a.m. or end as late as 6:00 p.m.
Applicants must be available for a consistent schedule over an extended period.
