Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Coffee Store Team Leader to oversee daily operations of our coffee shop. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in the coffee industry, including barista skills, and demonstrate strong leadership and organizational abilities.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and motivate the team to provide outstanding customer service Manage daily store operations, including scheduling, ordering supplies, and inventory management Utilize Toast POS system for sales and order processing Ensure cleanliness, safety, and quality standards are maintained Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly Train and mentor staff to uphold company standards Maintain a positive and engaging work environment

Requirements:

Minimum of 5 years of experience in the coffee industry, including barista experience Proven leadership and team management skills Experience with Toast POS or similar POS systems Strong organizational and scheduling skills Ability to handle ordering and stock management Hospitality and serving experience preferred Availability on weekends is required Passion for coffee and hospitality Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Problem-solving and resilience under pressure Positive attitude and good work ethic References and recommendations confirming previous successes
