In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service while serving delicious ice cream and creating memorable experiences for our guests. You will work in a fast-paced environment, ensuring that every customer leaves with a smile. Hourly wage is $17/hour plus tips Duties Serve ice cream and other frozen treats to customers with a friendly demeanor. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the service area, ensuring compliance with health and safety standards. Operate cash registers and handle transactions accurately. Assist customers with their selections, providing recommendations as needed Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure timely service. Collaborate with team members to maintain an efficient workflow in the kitchen and service areas. Skills Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to engage positively with guests. Effective time management skills to handle high-volume service periods efficiently. Previous experience in a restaurant or food service environment is preferred but not required. Familiarity with cash register operations and basic math skills for handling transactions.
