We’re looking for a passionate Barista Trainer to lead our 3-day onboarding bootcamps, turning new hires into confident, customer-ready team members. You’ll be the bridge between hiring and operations, and a key player in shaping the future of 787 Coffee.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

Training & Development Lead dynamic 3-day training programs for new baristas (the other 2 days are for all the other responsabilities) Teach brewing methods, SOPs, and cleaning/calibration of equipment Bring our four hiring pillars to life through hands-on, engaging instruction Issue training certificates and prepare hires for success on Day 1 Performance & Feedback Maintain an 80%+ trainee satisfaction score Submit evaluations and end-of-day reports within 24 hours of training Provide clear, constructive feedback and make hiring recommendations Admin & Documentation Keep detailed records of training binders, videos, and materials Support with interviews, latte art sessions, and sales coaching Attend weekly 1:1s with the recruitment team Culture & Brand Help with office culture initiatives and rotation tasks Share 5 daily branded photos/videos of training Boost our online presence with training-driven Google/Indeed reviews

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

Experience in barista training or leadership roles Strong communication, organization, and mentorship skills A passion for coffee and people—you care about both High energy, problem-solving mindset, and a love for building teams

BONUS POINTS IF YOU

Have experience creating training content or managing documentation Have led team workshops or onboarding programs before Thrive in fast-paced environments and love a good challenge
