Maintain cleanliness and organization of the café area, including equipment, utensils, and seating areas. Assist with food preparation while adhering to food safety standards. Manage inventory levels of coffee beans, milk, syrups, and other supplies; report any shortages to management. Engage with customers to create a welcoming atmosphere and promote café offerings. Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues in a professional manner. Experience Previous experience in the food industry or café environment is preferred but not required. Strong math skills for cash handling and order calculations. Excellent time management abilities to ensure timely service during busy periods. Proven customer service skills with the ability to connect with diverse clientele. Familiarity with food safety practices is a plus.
