Other responsibilities:

Uphold food safety practices and procedures Oversee and delegate tasks to team members Ensure all displays are constantly clean and compelling Review and schedule all necessary breaks Communicate any concerns with management Report and record waste at the end of each shift

Skills:

Barista experience is a plus Able to teach and and encourage others Excellent at multitasking and problem solving
