Position Overview:

We are looking for an experienced barista with a deep understanding of coffee preparation and a keen interest in the art of cannabis infusion. The ideal candidate will be responsible for crafting delicious and innovative coffee beverages that incorporate cannabis, ensuring an unforgettable experience for our patrons.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and serve a variety of coffee and cannabis-infused beverages with consistency and precision. Develop and experiment with new recipes, blending coffee and cannabis to create unique menu offerings. Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety regulations. Educate customers on the benefits and effects of cannabis-infused beverages, ensuring a responsible and informed consumption experience. Provide exceptional customer service, building relationships with regulars and newcomers alike. Manage inventory, including coffee beans, cannabis products, and other supplies. Stay updated on industry trends, coffee brewing techniques, and cannabis regulations.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a barista in a high-volume café or similar setting. In-depth knowledge of coffee brewing methods and equipment. Familiarity with cannabis products, including various strains and their effects. Excellent customer service and communication skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Creative mindset with a passion for developing new and exciting beverages. Flexibility to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
