Responsibilities Prepare and serve a variety of coffee and tea beverages, ensuring quality and consistency. Operate the cash register, handle cash transactions, and provide accurate change to customers. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the café, including workstations and dining areas. Assist customers with their orders, providing recommendations and answering any questions they may have. Follow food safety guidelines to ensure the health and safety of all products served. Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient service during peak hours. Manage time effectively to balance multiple tasks while maintaining attention to detail. Skills Strong customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor. Experience in the food industry or café environment is preferred but not required. Basic math skills for cash handling and transaction processing. Ability to operate a cash register efficiently and accurately. Time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of food safety practices is essential for maintaining health standards.
