Monticello, NY 12701 Overview We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Specialist to join our team. This role is pivotal in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth operation . The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in food service and retail, with a passion for coffee and food safety. As a Specialist, you will play a key role in enhancing the customer experience while maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency. Responsibilities Provide outstanding customer service by engaging with customers, taking orders, and addressing inquiries. Combination of Juice preparation and Serving in kitchen Operate cash registers and point-of-sale (POS) systems accurately and efficiently. Prepare and serve food and beverages in accordance with food safety standards. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the café area, including dining spaces and food preparation areas. Assist in inventory management, including receiving deliveries and conducting stock checks. Utilize retail math skills to manage transactions and ensure accurate cash handling. Collaborate with team members to create a positive work environment that fosters teamwork and communication. Stay informed about menu items, promotions, and new products to effectively assist customers. Requirements Previous experience in the food service or JUICE preparation is highly desirable. Strong customer service skills with the ability to interact positively with diverse clientele. Familiarity with cash registers, POS systems, and retail math concepts. Knowledge of food safety practices and regulations. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. A passion for coffee or café culture is a plus. Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed.
