Position Overview:

We are looking for friendly, reliable Baristas to join our opening team! Baristas will prepare coffee, tea, and bubble tea beverages, handle customer orders using the Clover POS system, and contribute to maintaining a clean, positive environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and serve coffee, espresso, tea, and bubble tea drinks to cafe standards Operate the Clover POS system for orders and payments Greet customers, answer questions, and provide excellent service Follow recipes and preparation guidelines consistently Keep the bar, equipment, and seating areas clean and organized Restock supplies as needed during shifts Maintain a calm, friendly demeanor during busy periods Communicate effectively with team members and management

Qualifications:

Previous barista, cafe, or customer service experience preferred Interest in coffee and bubble tea preparation Comfortable working with POS systems (experience with Clover is a plus) Strong communication skills and a team-player attitude Ability to stand for extended periods and multitask in a fast-paced setting Dependable, punctual, and positive
