Position Overview:
(In person application only. Please come to our store. ) As a Barista & Cashier, you’ll be the face of Boomba—preparing drinks and treats with care, serving customers with a smile, and helping keep the shop clean and running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet customers warmly and provide fast, friendly service Take orders accurately and operate the POS (Point-of-Sale) system Prepare fresh juices, smoothies, coffee drinks, and ice cream orders according to company recipes Maintain a clean and organized work area, including counters, equipment, and seating areas Stock supplies, refill ingredients, and follow food safety standards Answer customer questions about menu items and make recommendations Handle cash, credit, and mobile payments with accuracy Assist with opening or closing duties as assigned
Qualifications:
Prior experience in a cafe, juice bar, or fast-casual setting is a plus, but not required Must be dependable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team Friendly attitude and strong communication skills Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs Willing to learn and follow recipes and procedures Available to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
