• Prepare and serve a variety of coffee drinks following company recipes
• Operate espresso machines and other coffee-making equipment
• Assist customers in choosing beverages and pastries
• Handle cash transactions and operate the cash register
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace
• Uphold food safety standards at all times
• Provide excellent customer service to enhance the overall cafe experience
• prepare foods clean as you go and end of shift ## Requirements
• Prior experience in a cafe or coffee shop
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage with customers in a friendly manner
• Proficiency in cash handling and operating a POS system
• Knowledge of basic math for handling transactions accurately
