Responsibilities:

Greet customers, take orders, & accept payments using our POS Prepare or serve hot or cold beverages, such as coffee, espresso drinks, blended coffees, or teas Provide customers with menu options, details, and suggestions as needed Maintain a clean and well stocked work area, utensils, and equipment Stock customer service stations with paper products or beverage preparation items Adhere to all food safety regulations and quality controls Train staff as needed; work cross functional with back of house staff

Qualifications:

1-2+ years’ experience as a Barista Experience in the Restaurant highly preferred; previous customer service experience required Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment Exceptional listening and communication skills Commitment to customer satisfaction and hospitality excellence Ability to work weekend shifts as needed “Spread the Love” Learn more here!
