SAGE Dining Services® is seeking two experienced and enthusiastic Baristas to join our dynamic dining team at a prestigious private college in Chambersburg, PA. We are hiring for two shifts—one AM and one PM position—Monday through Friday. If you thrive in both independent and team settings, deliver exceptional customer service with a smile, and have a passion for food and hospitality, this opportunity is for you.
As a Barista, you’ll craft high-quality coffee and espresso drinks to order, prepare and assemble a variety of short-order menu items such as burgers and paninis, and maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming environment. Your warm and professional interactions with guests will help create a positive dining experience, and you’ll also lend a hand in other areas of food service as needed. We’re looking for candidates with previous experience as a barista and/or short-order cook, a strong work ethic, attention to detail, a positive attitude, and excellent communication and customer service skills. Availability for Monday through Friday, either AM or PM shift

Pay Type:

$18.00 – $19.00 Hourly

What you’ll do:
Taking orders, accepting payments and serving menu items.
Interact positively with SAGE guests and Team Members.
Adhere to SAGE’s recipes and allergy prevention policies.
Set up, clean, restock, and replenish serving lines and stations.
Balance bank by counting drawer at the beginning and end of shift.
What you’ll need:
Experience in food and beverage preparation and customer service preferred.
Ability to work as part of a high-energy, efficient team in a fast-paced environment.
Prior experience as a barista preferred.
Ability to understand and execute recipes and instructions in English accurately.
