Bakery Associate/Barista – Immediate Opening! La Dolce Vita Bakery 9 North Duke Street, Lancaster, PA 17602 Are you friendly, energetic, and passionate about great coffee and customer service? Our busy artisan Italian bakery in Lancaster City is looking for a part-time Bakery Associate / Barista to join our growing team! Up to $12.00 per hour plus tips | 30-39 hours per week

What We’re Looking For:

Barista experience (minimum 1 year preferred) – but we’re willing to train the right candidate. Friendly, team-oriented individuals who thrive in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment. Someone who is detail-oriented, eager to learn, and able to work both independently and collaboratively. Strong communication and multitasking skills. A positive attitude and a strong work ethic.

Availability Requirements:

Must be available for day shifts between 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM Most Saturdays are required (we are closed Sundays and Mondays) You must complete the phone screening to be considered. Thank you for your understanding.
