Each team member should be ready to do whatever the team needs during any shift. This allows you to serve guests with confidence and to create meaningful experiences. You will be trained to barista, cashier, prep drinks, take orders, use headsets, and overall general store up-keep. We think like a TEAM! Proficiency, speed and quality in each area is necessary to be successful. Previous Barista training is NOT required, but we look for team members who can maintain a smile and do great customer service!
