Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including coffee, tea, and specialty drinks
• Take customer orders and provide exceptional customer service; suggestive selling is a plus
• Operate cash register and handle cash transactions accurately
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee shop area
• Follow health and safety guidelines for food handling and preparation
• Assist with food preparation, such as making sandwiches or pastries
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations
• Take part in Social Media activities.

Experience:

• Previous experience in the food industry or customer service is preferred but not required
• Basic math skills for cash handling and retail math calculations
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow recipes and instructions
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work well in a team.

Servsafe certified a plus Employee may perform other related duties as assigned to meet the ongoing needs of the organization. Hourly pay rate includes tips.
