Primary Position-Specific Duties and Responsibilities Primary position-specific responsibilities of the BA include, but are not limited to, the following: Greet Customers. Welcomes customers as they enter the venue and/or retail room. Assess customers’ needs and guides them to the right retail products and/or food and beverage outlets on property. Provides menus to customers and answers any questions they may have. Responsible Alcohol Service. Adheres to the responsible alcohol service operational procedures implemented by the Company. Retail Maintenance. Cleans and restocks the retail room throughout the day before opening and after closing. Assists with retail displays, signage, and cleanliness. Workplace Cleanliness. Follows all sanitary practices for general cleanliness and maintenance of the facility. Ensures that a clean and organized environment is presented at all times in the indoor and outdoor dining areas and restrooms. Position Type and Expected Hours of Work This is a temporary, short-term position with a schedule that can vary weekly. The hours of operation for the facility are 10:30 a.m. to 11:00 p.m. daily.
