We’re looking for a friendly, energetic, and customer-focused Barista to join our team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about coffee, skilled in crafting quality beverages, and dedicated to providing outstanding customer service. Your dedication will directly contribute to customer satisfaction and the overall success of our restaurant. Great customers, day hours (7:30pm – 3:30pm) only and no evenings, and includes a gate pass, if needed. Must be available on weekends.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and serve a variety of coffee drinks, teas, and other beverages following recipes and quality standards. Engage with customers, take orders accurately, and ensure exceptional service. Operate and maintain coffee equipment, including espresso machines and grinders. Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure a clean and safe working environment. Manage cash register operations, process transactions, and handle customer inquiries. Restock inventory, including coffee beans, syrups, and pastries. Collaborate with team members to maintain a positive work environment and efficient service. Follow opening, closing, and daily cleaning routines.
Requirements:
Previous experience as a barista required Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while multitasking effectively. Excellent attention to detail and solid organizational skills. Comfortable standing and walking for extended periods; able to lift moderate weights (such as trays of food or drinks) This job description is intended to outline key duties and responsibilities.
