What You’ll Be Doing:

Greet customers with a smile and help them with orders, questions, or recommendations Work the register—ringing up orders and handling cash or card payments with accuracy Make coffee and tea drinks, prepare bakery items, or grab sandwiches from our kitchen window Keep the café clean, stocked, and ready to serve (because a tidy space feels good) Pitch in with light food prep or tidying displays when needed Help customers feel seen, heard, and cared for—even when it’s busy Share the scoop on daily specials or new menu items

You’ll Be Great At This If:

You’ve worked in customer service or food before (coffee shop, market, bakery, or café is a plus) You’re friendly, respectful, and good under pressure You’re organized, detail-oriented, and love making things run smoothly You’ve got strong communication skills and like being part of a team You’re curious and eager to learn more about our products, our mission, and our customers You’re comfortable on your feet and enjoy a fast-paced setting
