Barista •6AM to 1PM•2.8 2.8 out of 5 stars 8121 Amalfi Place, Myrtle Beach, SC 29572 Summary The Barista’s primary function involves serving guests coffee drinks and baked goods to guests of the Hotel. The Barista also has the responsibility of assuring the proper functioning of the work area, the correct mixing of drinks as specified including knowledge and execution of Starbucks recipes, and the sale of food items in his assigned area. Responsibilities and Duties Serving coffee drinks and other non-alcoholic beverages to guests and members in a courteous and professional manner. Setting up functions and serving beverages during scheduled times. Maintaining Hotel funds and sales records as they relate to retail beverage sales. Proper and timely reconciliation of assigned bank. Reporting any unusual incident or guest complaint to the Manager and Assistant Manager immediately. Stocking the Hotel Bars, Service Bar, and Function Areas. Balancing the shift back and recording gratuities on all checks. Ensure that beverage stations are set up 30 minutes prior to the function start time. Cleaning your immediate work area and other areas as assigned by Management.
